Guideline For Student Transport
- Students are expected to be on the left side of their respective bus at least five minutes prior to the arrival of the bus.
- Buses will not wait for late comers.
- Children should always stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
- No students should try to board the bus until it has made a complete stop.
- They must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding the bus.
- The drivers are authorized to stop buses at designated stops only, unless otherwise directed by the Transport In charge/ Teacher In charge.
- The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience of all and is subject to change.
- When the bus is in motion, students must not move around the bus. They should not have any part of their body out of the bus.
- Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus.
- Students will be held responsible for any damage to the bus caused by their negligence of vandalism.
- No student shall be allowed to eat or discard trash or food inside or out of the bus.
- Shrieking, shouting or unruly behavior is strictly prohibited. Courteous behavior is expected at all time.
- The driver’s attention must not be diverted for any reason.
- Teachers commuting by bus and student bus monitors will be responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses.
- Any serious offence must be reported to the Principal immediately.
- No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it has made a complete stop.
- Students must travel only by the buses allotted to them by the Transport In charge.
